I have worked with Blaze multiple times, and have loved every second of it! He was one of the first photographers I worked with, and as nervous as I may have been meeting a strange guy to take pictures, he really put me at ease. In fact, he’s awesome at getting the stress out of me and putting me into my element, so we can just focus on getting great shots. Every photoshoot has turned out far better than I would have expected, and I have been so happy working with him. Definitely a great guy, and an amazing photographer.

Raves flow in both directions. While I have worked with some exceptional models and crew–and have yet to work with one that’s problematic [crosses fingers]–there are a few who deserve special recognition for the exemplary work they’ve done for me.

I first worked with Kj on a commercial project in 2007. I was in looking for models for a marine dealership, and she was looking for someone to take photos of her in her new bikini. Since then, I’ve worked with her on TV commercials, fashion shows, and several art shoots. She is one of the top models in the industry and it shows in both her dedication and the images she helps to create. More than that, however, she’s an active organizer of local fashion shows, she teaches basic modeling and runway classes, she mentors new models, and she never lets any of it go to her head. I simply could not ask for a better model to work with.
Shana Martin
Shana Martin is a world-champion athlete and fitness model. I had the great fortune to be able to work with her on a shoot doing a combination of styles. Her skills as a lumberjill and fitness model show through in the confidence and comfort she has with her body. She easily shifts from commercial work to artistic without missing a beat. Her enthusiasm on the set is contagious and it’s always a joy to work with her. Shana also donates a great deal of time, money, and publicity to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.
